Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.

We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for one of our clients, a law firm based in Brussels.
Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience.


The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :

  • Provide personal assistance to partners and lawyers, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, preparing presentations, and managing phone calls.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including international travel, client meetings, and travel expense invoicing.
  • Organize client and attorney meetings, send meeting requests, liaise with involved parties, and manage networking events.
  • Administer physical and electronic files, ensuring proper filing of correspondence and documents.
  • Manage email correspondence, file relevant emails, and handle inquiries during attorneys' absences.
  • Assist in invoice preparation, including information gathering, draft checking, and coordinating with billing teams.

Essential Skills and Experience :

  • 5+ years in a similar role.
  • Native-level proficiency in French or Dutch, fluent in English, with good knowledge of the other national language.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Formal secretarial qualification is a plus.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality.
  • Reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
