Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.

We are currently recruiting a Finance and Office Assistant for one of our clients in Brussels.
Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience.


The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :

  • Handling a large volume of invoice processing (about 5,000 annually)
  • Overseeing vendor accounts for supplier management
  • Preparing reports directly for the Finance Director
  • Providing administrative support to the production teams in organizing their events
  • Managing office logistics, including inventory control and deliveries
  • Front desk duties, such as greeting visitors, suppliers, and handling courier services


Essential Skills and Experience :

  • A flexible, proactive team member who values discretion and maintains a positive outlook
  • Experience or a strong interest in the event management industry is highly valued
  • Must be bilingual in Dutch and French for communication with local partners
  • English proficiency is an asset as nearly 40% of their business is international
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus
