We are currently looking for a Marketing and Communications Specialist for one of our clients—a European Association based in central Brussels. If you are a proactive and dynamic professional with experience in marketing and communications and a keen interest in European affairs, we’d love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities :
- Supporting the creation and execution of communication strategies while overseeing social media presence.
- Designing and launching marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Developing compelling content, including videos and podcasts, for digital platforms.
- Analyzing performance metrics to refine content strategies and maximize audience engagement.
- Managing real-time coverage of events across various online channels.
- Conducting research and preparing entries for industry awards and professional recognitions.
- Bringing innovative ideas to the table by staying ahead of emerging communication trends.
Your Profile:
- A minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing and communications.
- A degree in political science, communications, social sciences, or relevant.
- Outstanding proficiency in English with excellent writing abilities; additional languages are a bonus.
- Deep familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and effective management techniques.
- Proven track record in crafting and executing communication strategies.
- A strong mix of analytical thinking, organizational skills, and creativity.
- Good knowledge of European and international politics.
- Adaptable and collaborative, able to multitask and perform well under tight deadlines in a multicultural environment.
- Availability for occasional short-notice travel is a plus.
