Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.

We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for one of our clients, a law firm based in Brussels.
Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience.


The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :

  • Oversee scheduling and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Manage and organize documentation effectively
  • Track and maintain time logs
  • Handle expense submissions
  • Initiate new client or matter requests, ensuring proper record-keeping and liaising for compliance
  • Create engaging presentations using Microsoft Office tools
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings and events
  • Organize and manage seminars and training sessions
  • Classify and archive documents as needed


Essential Skills and Experience :

  • Extensive background in supporting senior management or legal teams, preferably within an international law firm
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal), and in French or Dutch
  • Strong capacity to manage priorities, handle multiple tasks, and work under pressure
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously when required
  • A practical, logical approach to problem-solving
  • Adaptable and responsive to changing needs
  • Excellent eye for accuracy and quality in all tasks
  • Optimistic and focused on finding solutions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
